Our senior-aware cleaning checklist.

Every clean follows a 65-point Senior Home Foundation Checklist built specifically for the homes of older adults aging in place. Here's a sample.

  • All doorknobs & light switches sanitized
  • Grab bars & walker handles disinfected
  • Bathroom safety inspection (rails, mats, fall risk)
  • Refrigerator expiry check
  • Trash & recycling out, fresh liners
  • Linens changed & beds made hospital-tight
  • Kitchen surfaces & sink fully sanitized
  • Floors safe-dry before exit
  • Medication station documented (never moved)
  • Mobility paths cleared (32-in minimum)
